Ellis’ Farrier Service is an individually owned business that serves the equine community in upstate South Carolina, as well as the tri-state area. Shawn Ellis, a Kentucky Horseshoeing School graduate and 2nd generation farrier, is the “nail driver” for this operation. He is a Clemson University graduate and a Certified Farrier of the American Farrier's Association. The main goal of Ellis’ Farrier Service is to provide quality and dependable farrier service for the equine community, the horses and their owners. This is accomplished by keeping clients on a schedule and being accessible in case a problem does arise. Furthermore, Ellis’ Farrier Service strives to provide clients with a resource of valuable information and advise clients on the latest technologies regarding equine care and management.
